Intel Core i7-12700F processor benchmark exposure: surpassing AMD R7 5800X
According to a Twitter user @BenchLeaks, the Intel Core i7-12700F processor running score without a core graphics card was exposed on the Geekbench 5 website today.
This processor has 12 cores and 20 threads, of which 8 are performance cores, 4 are efficiency cores, and the L3 cache is 25MB. The test platform of the processor is ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 motherboard, which is installed with 32GB DDR4 memory.
The Core i7-12700F has a single-core score of 1849 points and a multi-core score of 11277 points, both slightly surpassing the AMD R7 5800X processor.
Intel i7-12700K and i7-12700KF processors are already on sale, with retail prices of 3199 yuan and 2,999 yuan respectively. The i7-12700F, which has not yet been released, has a maximum frequency of 4881 MHz for running time-sharing large cores. This processor is expected to be released during CES in 2022, and the price is less than 2,999 yuan.
Intel is expected to launch 12th-generation mobile processors in 2022. At present, a number of notebooks equipped with i7-12700H have been exposed, with single-core and multi-threaded Geekbench 5 scores of 1,651 and 9,108 respectively.
